Our Admissions Process
We maintain a selective, transparent admissions process designed to ensure that our flexible study models align with your child’s academic goals.
Step 4: Enrolment
Upon successful assessment and a formal offer, the enrollment is finalized. Once the payment is made, the student is officially welcomed into the community. They will receive their official school email account credentials and their class timetable, ready to begin their journey.
Step 3: Assessment
Your child completes a straightforward academic assessment. This allows our team to gauge the student’s current academic level and ensure they are suitable for the class assest.
Step 2: Submit Documents
Following the consultation, families are invited to submit the necessary documentation to proceed with the application. This ensures we have all relevant academic records and identification on file before moving to the next stage.
Documentation: The process requires submitting extensive documentation. This includes:
- Child’s Proof of Age: Documents like a birth certificate or passport, and or hospital certificate are required.
- Proof of Residence: Families must provide documentation, such as a residential utility bill, mortgage statement, or signed lease agreement for proof.
- Proof of Immunization: Only required if you would like to join our boarding schhol.
- Prior Academic Records: Report cards and or official transcripts are required for student placement.
Step 1: Initial Inquiry & Educational Consultation
- Complete our online form to schedule a 30-minute video consultation with an Academic Admissions Advisor. We discuss your child’s learning style, subject requirements, and university aspirations.

Crownwell School operates as an online independent education provider delivering remote education to students internationally.
Fee Structure
Students can join at defined intake points within each term.
Key Stage 1–3 (Years 1–9)
For Primary (KS1-2) and Lower Secondary (KS3) levels, the curriculum is delivered through 40-minute lessons. In addition to core academic subjects, students’ weekly schedules include a Group Tutorial, PSHE, and dedicated blocks for Enrichment and Homework/Self-Study to ensure a balanced learning day.
Key Stage 4 (Years 10–11)
For GCSE/IGCSE students, the number of weekly lessons is determined by their subject choices. Most subjects are delivered via 3 x 40-minute sessions per week. However, core subjects such as English Language, English Literature, and Mathematics receive increased teaching time, typically consisting of 4 to 5 sessions weekly. The KS4 timetable also integrates Progress Testing, PSHE, Group Tutorials, and a personalized 1:1 Tutorial each week.
Key Stage 5 (Years 12–13)
The A-Level curriculum is structured around 4 hours of study per subject, which includes a blend of “1-to-many” (group) sessions and “1-to-1” (individual) sessions. Lessons are scheduled in 40-minute or 60-minute blocks. Similar to KS4, Sixth Form students participate in Group Tutorials, PSHE, and Progress Testing, alongside their bespoke 1-to-1 Tutorials.
Additional Support & Fees
For all levels from Primary through GCSE, any supplementary lessons requested above the standard core curriculum are charged at £28 per session for an individual instruction. Extra A-Level lessons are also available at a rate of £35 per session for an individual sessions.

Choosing the right programme is an important decision. Here are answers to some of the most common questions we receive.
When can a student enroll?
While our major academic cohort begins each September, Crownwell accepts rolling admissions throughout the academic year for Key Stage 3, Year 10 (Term 1), and Year 12 (Term 1), subject to cohort availability.
Does Crownwell accept international students outside the UK?
Yes. Crownwell is an international-first institution designed for students globally, including expatriate communities in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and Africa.
Are examinations included in tuition fees?
Tuition covers all live teaching, personal mentorship, learning platforms, continuous assessments, and mock examinations. External examination fees are paid directly to the local test center or British Council where the student sits the physical paper.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. To ensure our world-class British curriculum remains accessible, we offer flexible payment options. Families can choose to pay for the academic year in full or spread the cost across manageable installments throughout the term. For those in the Pinnacle Programme, these plans can also cover additional community features, such as school-wide assemblies and Global Leadership Summits.
Crownwell School provides online education and is not a registered school in England. Students are educated remotely through our online learning environment.
