Crownwell School is seeking an inspirational and experienced educational leader to appoint as Head of School on a part-time, fully remote basis.
As the Head of School, you will be the pedagogical and strategic figurehead of our institution. You will oversee the delivery of our British curriculum (KS1 to Sixth Form), ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning, safeguarding and fostering a culture of excellence across our international digital campus.

Crownwell School is looking to appoint an experienced and organised Head of Department to lead one of our core educational stages, on a part-time basis.
We are currently seeking a leader for the following department:
- Primary School: Key Stage 1-2 (Years 3-6)
- Lower Secondary: Key Stage 3 (Years 7-9)
- Upper Secondary: GCSE/IGCSE (Years 10-11)
- Sixth Form: A-Level (Years 12-13)
As a Head of Department, you will bridge the gap between our teaching staff and the Head of School. You will oversee curriculum quality, student progress, and teacher support within your specific stage, ensuring that our students receive a seamless and high-quality educational experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of the specific Key Stage/Department.
- Ensure schemes of work are up to date and aligned with the National Curriculum or Exam Board specifications (Cambridge/Edexcel).
- Act as the first point of contact for teachers within your department, offering guidance on classroom management and lesson delivery.
- Monitor student attainment data within the Key Stage and implement intervention strategies where necessary.
